Counselor: Marjorie Mair-Riley
Marjorie Mair-Riley is a Marketplace Minister who loves Jesus Christ and takes the message of salvation to the marketplaces. Marjorie Mair-Riley has a Ministry of Healing and Wellness through the gift of Counseling. Marjorie is a Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Marjorie has served as Prophetic Deliverance Worship Leader leading people into the presence of the Lord for over 17 years. Marjorie wants lost souls to be saved and for individuals to be fully healed and delivered to walk in their God given divine purpose past the hurt, pain, trauma, and dysfunction in their lives.
Marjorie has earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling with Distinction and is strong advocate to break down myths, stigmas, and perception around people of color and Christians utilizing Therapy to promote wellness and healing through a therapeutic process utilizing therapy, the power of Jesus Christ and the Word of God. Marjorie is also a Family Functional Clinical Supervisor and Consultant, supervising a team of Family Functional Therapist providing Family Therapist with sound clinical case direction and treatment planning to support, teach and advocate for providing Families in the community to improve their relational functioning.
Marjorie has taught Families to learn how to communicate without blaming, shaming and anger, to develop positive self-talk, to develop positive daily affirmations, coping mechanism to manage negative thought patterns, grief management, stress management skills and developed daily practical self-care and behavior plans with Families to address their mental health, dysfunctional relational patterns and to promote emotional well-being and to increase cohesiveness among Family members. Marjorie believes in healing Families from the inside out, getting to the root causes of dysfunction that affects generations of Family connectedness. She loves to hear the testimonies of Families and individuals who have been helped through gift of Therapy.
